The National Business Forum (ENADE), started in the year 2003, is an annual forum where the productive sector of Guatemala, along side representatives of the three powers of the state, leaders from Civil society, representatives of the international community come together to participate a hear a presentation from global leaders and speakers. A proposal is presented, focused on the chosen topic for that year, which has the necessary elements to foster the sustainable social and economic development of the country.
As part of the process, previous to the forum and with the objective of generating communication and socializing the proposal, different discussion workshops are hosted in different areas of the country, in order to strengthen the proposal and establish an agenda amongst the different initiatives the Foundation promotes. Each one of the workshops had participation from the Directors of FUNDESA, who would welcome participants, followed by a presentation of the proposal.
